• Reduced Seasonal Rate $4,000 monthly with 90 day contract
• Seasonal Dates January, February, March, April
• Off Season $2,500 monthly
• May, June, July, August, September, October, November, December

Additional Fees

• $1,000.00 Refundable Deposit
• $125.00 Departure Cleaning Fee
• $100 Application Fee to The Sanctuary at Pelican Bay
• $125.00 to The Pelican Bay Foundation (Beach and Amenities Passes for Pelican Bay)
